We hand make these table name/number cards and luggage tags and your table names/numbers are printed directly on to the card.  If you'd prefer something a little different, we can print directly on to a luggage tag instead which you can tie around a centrepiece, candleabra, flower display, large vase, jug or trough (see photos).
You can choose to have single or double sided.  For these table names/numbers we use a slightly thicker card/board compared to that used for our table plans to avoid 'drooping' when displayed on your tables!  With the exception of the A6 luggage tags which are printed on the same 170gsm card as the table plans.
Our wedding stationery is printed on 100% recycled card to match your eco-friendly, rustic, vintage and DIY wedding.

Our prices are clear and concise depending on your number of tables:

  • A6 sized card single sided = £1.50
  • A6 sized card double sided = £2
  • Large/A6 Luggage Tag single sided = £2
  • Large/A6 Luggage Tag double sided = £2.50
  • A5 sized card single sided = £1.50
  • A5 sized card double sided = £2

  • 15cm Square single sided = £1.75
  • 15cm Square double sided = £2.25

the draft process

Choose from the many options available and place your order ensuring that you input the correct quantity you require.  When you check out, please complete the online form with as much information as possible about your wedding and guests.  You can use this form to tell us about your guests' names, table arrangements and also let us know anything else!

Once we have received your payment and we have received all of your information via the online form we will email you your FIRST DRAFT (please check your junk/spam mail folder).  Please note that nothing will be sent in the post at this stage.  

Once you receive your FIRST DRAFT you will need to double check ALL spellings!  You can then reply to our email and let us know of any amendments to tables etc.  W
e will continue to send you as many drafts as needed until you are 100% happy with your table plan.  

Only once we have received your full approval of the FINAL DRAFT; you are 100% happy to proceed and your balance has been paid, will we print and dispatch your order.  Please note that once you have approved the FINAL DRAFT, your order cannot usually be amended.


You have a number of different options for table names/numbers:

single card

  • A6 sized: 15cm x 10.5cm

  • A5 sized: 21cm x 15cm

luggage tags

  • Medium/A6: 10.5cm x 6cm

  • Large/A5: 14.6cm x 8.6cm



  • 15cm x 15cm


We can customise your order further to include a sketch or even change the fonts.  Please let us know what you choose in your check out information or reply to our email (check your junk/spam email folder)!  Please note that extra charges may apply for customisation.

You can choose from the following sketches:

We can incorporate a personal sketch on these table plans too - just order above and then email us the sketch to include!  


As standard we use a rubber stamp font in ALL CAPS.  If you would prefer, we can amend your order to ANY of these FONTS.  Please specify in your check out information and order accordingly.


As standard our table plans come with rustic natural twine, however you can opt for a coloured baker's twine (see example photo).  

You can choose from the following twines:

  • Natural Rustic Light Brown Garden Twine
  • Coloured Rustic Garden Twine 
  • Striped Baker's Twine 

If you would prefer a coloured or Baker's twine, please email us and we will amend the invoice to include an additional fee per order.


We are an eco-friendly wedding stationery supplier, so with that in mind we hope that you will understand that we do not post hardcopy samples.

We can of course email you some samples and examples of past work to give you a bit more of an idea!  

If however, you would like to order a FIRST DRAFT, rather than a complete table plan, we will use your personlised wedding information to create your stationery and email it to you, BEFORE you pay in full if you so wish :-).  Simply purchase placecards as above and we will email you immediately with further information on how to proceed.  The email will come from therefore please check your junk/spam mail folder.  This email will contain a link to an online form for you to complete with ALL of your wedding, guests, table plan information.      


If you are ordering more items for your wedding day we offer a great discount, for specific requests, different colours/fonts, amounts, sizes.... For example you may require table names/numbers, placecards, orders of service, invitations, thank you tags for your wedding party (bridesmaids, ushers, mother of the bride etc)
