We would normally recommend one order of service per guest; however one between two can work if you have over 150 guests (see below for discounts).

Order the quantity you require above and complete the online form to tell us about your wedding.  Once we have received your payment and we have received all of your information via the online form we will email you your FIRST DRAFT (please check your junk mail folder).  Please note that nothing will be sent in the post at this stage.  


We can make your church/civil ceremony orders of service, personalised to your needs for a very reasonable price - and all completely handmade in rustic hairy manilla recycled card.  Click on each of the links below to see some past examples of our work.

  • A photo or sketch of your venue/church
  • A detailed list of the wedding party and their roles in the day
  • A photo timeline page (if you choose option 1) detailing your relationship together before this special day
  • Hymn words printed in full

  • Information for guests about how to get to the reception
  • Hand drawn sketches can be included on the front/back over or on each page to carry on the theme of your whole wedding and to personalise your stationery

the draft process

Once you receive your electronic FIRST DRAFT you will need to double check ALL spellings and the exact order!  This is a good time to share your draft with your Vicar/Priest/Registrar.  They will be able to tell you any changes that need to made and where.  You can then reply to our email and let us know of any amendments to tables etc.  If you'd prefer, we can email your Vicar/Priest/Registrar ourselves - save you a job...!?  We will continue to send you as many drafts as needed until you are 100% happy with your order.  

Only once we have received your full approval of the FINAL DRAFT; you are 100% happy to proceed and your balance has been paid, will we print and dispatch your order.  Please note that once you have approved the FINAL DRAFT, your order can't usually be amended.


The below option layouts are approximate dependent on the length of the hymns/readings.  Either option can be customised further to suit your individual needs, please see below.  

You can choose to have the words of the hymn printed inside, or just reference of where to find the hymn in the church hymn book.

Both options are printed in black and white and are held together by rustic, natural garden twine and tied in a bow.

Either of the above options can be customised further to suit your individual needs; please contact me with regards to how this will affect the price. Normally a customisation charge is added to your invoice of £25.  Likewise if you need your order in a hurry, we may charge you a customisation fee.  If in doubt, email us what you have already and we will let you know!

We can customise your order further to include a sketch or even change the fonts.  Please let us know what you choose in your check out information or send us a separate email (check your junk/spam email folder)! 


Our orders of service are created using a template of vintage fonts.  
If you would prefer, we can amend your order to ANY of the fonts displayed here, just let us know what you'd prefer when you check out and remember that any changes from the standard template will usually incur a £25 customisation charge.

Obviously, if you would like it all done completely differently - just let us know - we are VERY flexible! 



As standard our orders of service come with rustic natural twine, however you can opt for a coloured baker's twine (see example photo).  

You can choose from the following twines:

  • Natural Rustic Light Brown Garden Twine
  • Coloured Rustic Garden Twine 
  • Striped Baker's Twine 

If you decide that you would prefer a coloured or Baker's twine, please email us and we will amend the invoice to include an additional £15 per order.


We are an eco-friendly wedding stationery supplier, so with that in mind we hope that you will understand that we do not post hardcopy samples.

We can of course email you some samples and examples of past work to give you a bit more of an idea!  

If however, you would like to order a FIRST DRAFT, rather than go ahead with an entire order, we will use your personalised wedding information to create your stationery and email it to you, BEFORE you pay in full if you so wish :-).  Simply purchase 1 order of service as above and we will email you immediately with further information on how to proceed.  The email will come from therefore please check your junk/spam mail folder.  This email will contain a link to an online form for you to complete with ALL of your wedding, guests, service information.   


Prices depend on the amount you order.  However, if you also buy a table plan, place cards etc the price will be even less!  If you are ordering more items for your wedding day we offer great discounts and package deals, for specific requests...
